Lose Weight Safely Through Hypnosis

The word “DIET” is such an evil word.  It means deprivation, no fun, and hunger.

Everyday, people try new ways to lose weight.  They use pills, drops, shakes, diet programs, exercise programs, you name it, and most people have done it.  People are willing to try almost anything, even surgery.  What they find however is that it doesn’t stick.

Maybe, you had lost the weight and then gained it all back and more.  Maybe, you are trying to lose the weight and you just can’t do it.  There are too many parties, functions, things to eat at work and the temptation is to strong, so you fail.

The real problem is that these programs don’t deal with the real issue, your thoughts.  You attitude towards food is important.  It makes or breaks you.  How you see food is very important. If you use food for comfort, to be a friend, something to get over the sadness, anger, loneliness, you are using food incorrectly.  Food is a fuel, it is not made to help you through the bad times. Its purpose is to fuel your body and to help your mind function properly.  What you put into your body is how it is going to react.  When you put bad food into your body, you body reacts poorly.  When you eat good, healthy, nutritious food, your body acts and reacts positively and functions at a much higher level.

Think of it this way, let’s say you started a new job and you are all excited.  There are new ways you are now going to work.  However, after a month, you get bored with the new ways and start sliding back into your old methods, not working so hard, taking longer breaks, etc.  So you start to do this with your new job.  The place might have changed, but your attitude did not.  No matter what you do, if you do not change these thoughts, your life will also be like that hamster wheel, moving but never going anywhere.

How I help you is to change your thoughts, rewriting your story.  You will start to feel good about the changes and understand why you are making them.  Your body is your only vehicle; why not treat it that way.  With care and love and maintaining it, like you would your car?

So here's a toast to us! You have been a part of my journey and I thank you for helping me to grow.

As to those who like to copy me, thank you as well. You have pushed me to get out of my comfort zone and now I will continue to make new in-roads and help more people succeed. 


It is an exciting time and it is a little scary too. Just like when you decided to change, it was exciting and scary because of the unknown. I know that no matter what, I will succeed. It's what I do; I take a challenge and I go full steam ahead for the win. I might stumble and fall, but I will pick myself back up. Just like you, I will not give up or give in and if I need help, I know that I will get it. 

So let's make this our way to make changes together.  

Remember that life is a gift, a present to open to discover all the opportunities and possibilities waiting there just for you!

Visualize a win !

On Sunday night, people watched the Mets lose to the Kansas City Royals. It was an exciting series and had those who enjoy baseball on the edge of their seats each game. The thing I noticed, being a hypnotist, is how the body language and the facial expressions showed the true emotions of these players. Now, I am not a Mets fan, I am a Yankees fan, but my husband is a Mets fan, so being a "Good Wife", I cheered for the Mets. When they were up, they were on the mark, ready to hit, swing and catch. However, when they made one mistake, the whole team just went down with the ship! I wanted to jump into the screen and hypnotize them to stop, to get up and win! It was amazing to me how I could see the difference in the team and their spirit.That's why we are going to change that type of behaviour in YOU!

Stop visualizing the negative and visualize the positive! 

nov1One of the things I remind people of every day is that "This is YOUR LIFE!" It is not a game, where others have the power to make you move or do things you don't want to do. You have a choice—a choice to be your own author of your story!

Now I do understand that we all have bosses, and children, spouses and family members who can throw things our way, like fear, doubt, self-pity, etc.I also know all about obligations, bills, mortgages, and other things that need to be paid for every day.I also know that it is my attitude that makes the difference in how I will handle these things called life. I can be a doom and gloomer, feeling bad for myself, wanting to stay in bed and not face the world, or I can have a great big pity party and really make myself feel like there is no way out. OR I can say, "I will do this!" I will take this one step or one day at a time, visualizing how I will get to the next step, or the next place and NOT ALLOWING my FEAR to RULE ME! Fear is an emotion, it is not a real thing. We have the "Fight or Flight" instinct embedded in our DNA. It is there to protect us from predators, not in-laws, or children or bills.

So here is a simple technique to help you get in control of your thoughts and your life! Give yourself a moment, close your eyes, and as you sit or lie down, start to picture you being happier, smiling. See solutions start to come to you – or make a decision to not own other people's junk.See yourself looking at them with sympathy, knowing that you do not own their stuff any longer and that you feel bad for them. See money coming to you, see your bills being paid, and give it up to either God or the Universe to find the way to make it happen. Then just relax. When you open your eyes, you will feel lighter. You will have a new type of energy. You will start to see solutions and opportunities and you can then move toward those new ways of living. 

Do this as a gift to yourself everyday!  You will be amazed how your life will change.

Determination. According to Webster's Dictionary, the meaning is:

  • a quality that makes you continue trying to do or achieve something that is difficult,
  • the act of finding out or calculating something,
  • the act of officially deciding something.

How cool would it be to be determined every day—to look at each day with a spark in your eye that shows everyone you're determined to finish your goals, to have a great day, to exercise, to clean up your life, to be confident?
Just thinking about it makes me want to go do something!


What are you detemined to do?

Determination to AchieveDetermination can be used for good or for evil! 

Think about it. You can be determined to exercise three times a week or you can be determined to make another person's life miserable!  

Both have the same drive and energy—(okay, to make a person's life miserable could take more energy)—however the concept is still the same. You have decided to officially do something.   

What are you determined to do and how?  

Once you have decided what you are going to do, you then have to make an action plan. Your first decision is just the spark to light the fire; you now need to fuel the fire to keep it going. How will you achieve these goals?  What will you do if you hit a road block or a detour?  How will you handle it?  

When you really are determined to do something, you will come up with solutions. Just like a child does when learning to walk. He will fall and bump his head, he will even cry, but these setbacks will not stop him from walking. They might slow the child down a bit, but he will get up and start all over again the next day.

Be like that child and get up and keep on moving forward.


Remember – what you say to yourself is how you will act and react to life.  

Determination to Be Healthy

Increase Your Determination & Improve Your Life

Whether you want to lose weight or to just be healthy,
if you want to imrove your determination, you need to have a plan of action.  This is what will get you moving & maintain your determination from start to finish. 

Think about the things that make you feel good.
 How you will start to feel when you are on the path to achieving your goal?  
When you are determined, obstacles become just bumps in the road.
 You have a definite finish line to reach and your determination will help you to win.

And the Winner is………

Weight Loss!

I would like to "Thank you" all for the birthday wishes as well as for taking part in the voting.

Hundreds of votes poured in and at times it was neck and neck between Weight Loss and Confidence.

In the end Weight Loss won by fifteen votes!

What was very interesting to see was the voting between men and women.  Women voted overwhelmingly for the weight loss however, voting for Confidence was almost 50/50 men to women.
